Q: HOW FAR AWAY IS THE BEACH?
A: There are beaches within 1 mile of our location. Our area boasts some of the finest beaches in the world.
Q: ARE THE RV SITES ON THE BAY?
A: Our RV sites are not waterfront sites. They do not sit directly on the bay, but the are very close to our park's waterfront common areas and residents and guests enjoy beautiful views of Anna Maria Island all around the park.
Q: DOES THE PARK HAVE BATH FACILITIES?
A: Yes. We offer onsite shower facilities that are electronically locked and secured for privacy of our guests.
Q: ARE CABLE AND INTERNET SERVICES AVAILABLE?
A: Yes. We offer WIFI for our RV guests. Cable and upgraded internet service can be purchased at your own expense.
Q: IS THERE A PLACE TO PUT MY BOAT IN THE WATER?
A: Yes, we offer 2 boat ramps. One for power boats and the other for kayaks/canoes.
Q: IS THERE STORAGE FOR MY BOAT?
A: No, we do not have any storage facilities available within the park. But there are several large marinas nearby.
Q: DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARDS?
A: Yes. All major credit cards are accepted.
Q: IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO RESERVE A SITE?
A: Yes, there is a 50% payment due at the time of booking.
Q: CAN WE HAVE PETS?
A: No, to ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed within the park.
Q: CAN WE STAY YEAR ROUND?
A: Our RV Park welcomes our guests to stay up to 6 continuous months.
Q: IS THIS AN ADULT COMMUNITY OR FAMILY COMMUNITY?
A: We are a 55+ park and children are welcome to visit for up to 1 week stay.
Q: IS SHOPPING NEARBY?
Yes. There is many shopping facilities nearby along with restaurants, entertainment and attractions to enjoy while you are visiting.
Q: ARE THERE GOLF COURSES NEARBY?
A: Yes, there are a variety of public and private courses throughout the area. We have provided some additional information on our Area Information area of our website.
Q: DO YOU ALLOW E-BIKES/GOLF CARTS?
Yes. We welcome e-bikes and golf carts throughout the property.
Q: Where is the closest airport?
A: Yes. Sarasota International Airport (SRQ) is approximately 8 miles from the RV park.
